This assignment was to create a needs analysis for a company trying to elevate the design of its website. I analyzed Red Eye Coffee (a local coffee company) and gave them a report back on what I think they should change about their website to better appeal to their audience. This project was challenging because I had to identify their audience, and the user groups of this website, and then find and identify the flaws. I learned how to communicate with different people and how to create a potential schedule for improvements which could help me with a career in project management.

For this project, I created a website rebranding one of my favorite places to shop Alo Yoga. I chose to combine the company's two ventures Alo Yoga and Alo Moves into one website simply called Alo. The main challenges of this project were learning how to find images and create a readable format. I had to use Adobe Photoshop to cut the exact images I wanted to display on the website. I struggled with creating the website at first but I used my time management skills and adaptability to make something I am really proud of.

Finally, this project was to create an AI chatbot for a company called Miss Maids. I created the company and the problems and conducted interviews, and surveys, and drew from personal experience to create a chatbot that would assist the company. I used lots of critical thinking and creativity to come up with solutions and new ideas. I also had to use Indesign and google cloud to put the project together.
